All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities and partially accessible for wheelchair users".

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

• There is one marked parking space for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm).
• The path between the parking lot, registration and the rooms has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 10 % over a distance of 8 m.
• The path in front of the main house has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 9 % over a distance of 4 m.
• The buildings are accessible without steps (door thresholds up to 2.5 cm).
• All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level.
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.
• The reception desk is 130 cm high.
• There are wheelchair accessible tables available in the dining room (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
• Aids offered: wheelchair, walker, shuttle service and bookable bus with lift

Room 4 (two-bed room)

• The manoeuvring spaces in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) and left or right of the single beds is at least 150 cm x 200 cm.
• The beds are 47 cm high.
• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of the toilet 200 cm x 145 cm; in front of the washbasin 150 cm x 150 cm;
  left of the toilet 40 cm x 70 cm and right of the toilet 86 cm x 70 cm.
• There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible. The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• The size of the threshold-free shower is 120 cm x 120 cm. A shower seat and a grab rail are available.
• An alarm trigger is available.
• Room 5 (two-bed room) and room 9 (multi-bed room) were also evaluated. The manoeuvring spaces are similar. Detailed data can be found in the evaluation report.

Public toilet for people with disabilities near the dining room

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of the toilet 200 cm x 130 cm; in front of the washbasin 148 cm x 148 cm;
  left of the toilet 30 cm x 52 cm and right of the toilet 100 cm x 52 cm.
• There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible.
• An alarm trigger is available.

• There is no clearly visible alarm.
• There is no audio induction loop system.
• In the dining room there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact. There is no seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room).
• In the rooms there is no electrical outlet available near the bed.
• The ringing or knocking on the door is not indicated by a flashing signal which can be detected in all rooms.
• WiFi is offered.

• Assistance dogs are allowed in relevant areas/rooms.
• All evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.
• The signage is designed in clearly legible and contrasting font.
• Information is not available in Braille or prismatic font.
