Discover ~ experience ~ enjoy... The winegrowing tradition in Pommern has been lived and nurtured in the Schneiders-Moritz family for more than 10 generations. This tradition is both an incentive and a moral obligation. Even today, two generations live and work at the wine estate, which, with 10 ha of vineyards, is one of the leading establishments in the Terraced Moselle region. An uncompromising quest for quality distinguishes our winegrowing philosophy, which starts in the vineyard and is continued in the cellar. Good wine from people who respect and delight in interpreting vines, nature and culture. Vine growth on steep slate terraces is aided by harvest-reducing measures. Careful processing of the valuable grapes and gentle vinification enables ripening of premium quality wines distinguished by their wonderfully subtle, mineral fruitiness. We hope you enjoy them!
