Our basic idea
Fire and stone - our wood oven is baking culture, tradition and guarantor for an extraordinary and unmistakable taste. Our wood-burning products are available in every one of our branches. The breads and bread rolls are processed by master craftsmen at night and baked in beech wood in our wood stove in Höchstenbach. This gives them a balanced aroma, a well-formed crust and a rustic look.
