Totenkopfhütte
The hut is run on a voluntary basis by the members of the PWV, who are also responsible for the menu and drinks and who conjure up many hearty dishes from the modern kitchen.
Particularly noteworthy is that the hut is certified barrier-free and can therefore also be visited by people with walking difficulties. All raised rooms and facilities that can be used by the guest are accessible at ground level, including the toilet. The external paths are easy to walk and drive on. The building is accessible without steps. A barrier-free parking lot is signposted on the large parking lot behind the hut. There is a natural playground and a climbing wall for the little ones and a changing table for the very little ones. Those who visit the Totenkopfhütte by e-bike have the opportunity to use the free e-filling station during the opening times
