Location
Hartenfels is not far from the Westerwald lake district. You can reach 6 lakes/ponds in a 4 km radius on foot or by bike. Here you will find a golf course, adventure playground, mini-golf, boat hire, camping sites, restaurants and much more. Hiking and cycling trails as well as starting points for motorbike tours are right on the doorstep or you can make beautiful day trips to the Rhine, Moselle and Lahn. By car, you have fast connections to Montabaur, Koblenz, Limburg and the A3 towards Cologne and Frankfurt am Main. There is a butcher's shop with lunch service in the village. Supermarkets, pharmacies and further shopping facilities as well as doctors are available in a radius of 4-8 km in Herschbach and Selters WW.

Outdoor area
The surrounding terrace offers sunny and shady areas from sunrise to sunset. The terrace is equipped with a seating area, sunshades and two loungers. The view to the south extends to the Köppel lookout tower 20 km away. A panoramic view is only interrupted by a few trees. The garden is fenced and dog-friendly. In one area of the garden there is a whirlpool. You can book the use of this on site if you wish. Bicycles can be safely parked on the terrace. There are 2 parking spaces in front of the flat.

The flat has its own entrance and access from the parking space to the terrace and garden. Due to the staggered levels (2 steps) the flat is not barrier-free and only conditionally suitable for small children. The furnishing is timelessly modern. The floors are covered with vinyl or tiles for optimal hygiene.
