Price
Included: Electricity, water, heating and final cleaning. Bed linen, hand and bath towels, cream soap, toilet paper,cotton buds and cotton wool pads are provided free of charge. You will also find a small selection of coffee,
tea, spices, sugar and coffee milk for the first few days.
Kitchen towels, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid and coffee filters are also available.
W-Lan free of charge and parking available at the house. Pets and garage on request.
Each additional person costs 10,00 € per day. This is a non-smoking flat, but smokers can
smoke on the terrace or balcony. on the terrace or balcony, ashtrays available.

in case of proper use of the facility the deposit will be refunded within 4 working days after the day of departure by bank transfer.
