The house offers a lot of space with an area of 160m² divided on 3 floors with a property of 900m² up to 8 persons can stay in the house “Pehlen” (according to an agreement also up to 10 persons). On the ground-floor you can find the kitchen, the dining room, the living room and a lavatory. The bedrooms with a double bed are on the first floor as well as the bathroom. One double room has a sink and a balcony. In the attic is a further room with two single beds and a playroom for children. In the corridor is a further sink. The house is provided with a place to barbecue and a sitting area. It also has a big play-ground. According to agreement the use of the garage is possible (e.g. for bikes, motorbikes, cars and so on) The holiday-house is situated in the centre of Manderscheid. It between 5 to 10 minutes it is possible to reach supermarkets (Norma and Penny), a butcher, a doctor (for an emergency), a pharmacy, an outdoor-swimming pool, a tourist-information, the “Maar-Museum” and the “Eifelsteig” (which is a hiking-tour). From the Autobahn (A1/A48) between Koblenz and Trier you need approximately 5 km to reach Manderscheid.

Bei Buchung sind 50% des Mietpreises als Anzahlung zu leisten.
Stornokosten: bis 2 Monate vor Anreise kostenfrei, bis 1 Monat vor dem gebuchten Termin 20% danach 40% des Mietpreises.
