  • The path from the car park to the entrance is 4 m long and easy to walk and drive on.
  • The building is accessible without steps or thresholds.
  • All elevated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level or via an elevator.
  • The elevator cabin measures 110 cm x 140 cm. The elevator door is 90 cm wide.
  • All elevated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 70 cm wide.
  • The reception desk is 115 cm high. There is another, equivalent communication possibility in a sitting position.
  • There are wheelchair accessible tables available in the breakfast room (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).

Room 221 (double room)

  • The room door and the narrowest passageway in the bedroom are 70 cm wide.
  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of/behind the door at least 150 cm x 100 cm;
    in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 100 cm x 158 cm;
    left of the bed 140 cm x 170 cm;
    right of the bed 70 cm x 170 cm.
  • The bed cannot be driven under

  • A nursing bed is not available.
  • The bathroom ist not designed for people with disabilities (very small manoeuvring spaces, no grab rails, etc.).

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of/behind the door at least 126 cm x 200 cm;
    in front of the toilet and the washbasin 150 cm x 160 cm;
    left of the toilet 100 cm x 70 cm and right of the toilet 57 cm x 70 cm.
  • There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
  • The sink is wheelchair compatible.
  • The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • An alarm trigger (cord) is available.

Hearing impaired and deaf

  • There is no clearly visible alarm.
  • There is no audio induction loop system at the reception desk.
  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly. Alternatively stairs are available.
  • In the breakfast room there are no tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact. There are no seating areas with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room).

Room 221 (double room)

  • There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
  • The ringing or knocking on the door is not indicated by a flashing signal which can be detected in all rooms.
  • W-LAN is offered.

Visually impaired and blind

  • Assistance dogs may not be brought to the establishment.
  • The entrance is visually rich in contrast, but not recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering.
