Vinella - Der Kuss für den Gaumen

VINELLA is a family manufactory from Bad Münster am Stein-Ebernburg/Bad Kreuznach. Regional, natural and handmade - these are our beliefs. From home-grown, untreated fruit to the production of our precious and exquisite fruit spreads, chutneys, fruit mustards, fruit vinegars, barbecue sauces, flavor oils and the famous black walnuts, we handle the entire value chain, from stirring the wooden spoon to filling and labeling the jars and bottles by hand. Pure manufacture! The build-up of perceptible taste staircases in the mouth, the development of regular taste images, this is how our delicatessen specialties present themselves - with the climax in the palate, where something surprising in taste, something special (kiss!) still happens. That's VINELLA - the kiss for the palate. So with our Raspberry White Chocolate. Over the melting of the white chocolate, which one does not taste superficially, the acidity of the finely strained raspberry is creamy, even velvety in the palate ("kiss"). - Another classic, the tomato cherry chutney. You first taste the fruity of the cherry, then the hearty of the tomato. Then a gentle spicy stream pulls straight and quietly up towards the palate, before suddenly a pleasant chili spiciness appears sublime at the end ("kiss").
