Mennonite religious group has been based in Neuwied since shortly after the founding of the city. Former church built in baroque style in 1766/68. Belfry from 1860. Religious freedom as a princely-wiedic privilege.

Today changing exhibitions take place here

Access via wheelchair ramp, passenger lift, disabled toilet. Reduced entrance fee for disabled persons upon presentation of a valid ID.

  • The path from the car park to the entrance is 15 m long. It has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 8 % over a distance of 10 m.
  • The building is steplessly accessible.
  • All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level or via an elevator.
  • The elevator cabin measures 110 cm x 140 cm. The elevator door is 80 cm wide.
  • All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 80 cm wide.
  • The cash desk is 100 cm high at its lowest point.
  • Seating is available in the exhibition.
  • The exhibits are predominately visible while sitting.
