• There is one marked parking space for people with disabilities.
• The path from the car park to the entrance is 20 m long and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 5 % over a distance of 10 m.
• The building is steplessly accessible via a ramp (13% gradient over one meter).
• All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible without steps.
• The ramp has a gradient of 15 % and a total length of 4 m.
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.
• The information desk is at its lowest point 73 cm high.
• In cooperation with the Hünsrück-Hochwald National Park, guided tours are offered for people with walking impairments and wheelchair users. A reservation in advance is necessary.

Public toilet for people with disabilities

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of the door 120 cm x 200 cm; in front of the toilet and the washbasin 180 cm x 120 cm;
  left of the toilet 160 cm x 55 cm, no manoeuvring space on the right.
• There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rail on the left of the toilet can be flipped-up.
• The sink has limited access.
• An alarm trigger is not
