In Germany's largest reptile zoo, young and old alike can expect to see around 500 of the most exciting animals. The indoor desert zoo is about 2,800 m2 in size. In the rearing station, you can look into the reptile nursery and watch a feeding. After passing through the terrarium, night house and desert room, we move on to the big playground and the feeding station for our two-legged friends.

At Reptilium Landau, you can enjoy an exotic day rounded off with a free photo with a snake as a souvenir of your brave adventure

Those who wish to immerse themselves in the fascinating world of prehistoric animals do not have to travel far. Reptilium Landau is the largest reptile zoo in Germany with impressive diversity spread over 3,400 m2 indoors and over 1,500 m2 outdoors for native reptiles. More than 1,300 animals from 130 different species live here. The 600 m2 desert room has an extraordinary ambience. Visitors can relax and have a bite to eat in a unique rocky landscape under real palm trees.

Hourly feeding shows and animal presentations offer visitors the unique opportunity to experience selected animals up close in summer temperatures all year round, as the sun shines in the indoor zoo even on rainy days.
