You cycle from Cochem via Ernst, Ellenz-Poltersdorf, Senhals, Ediger-Eller, Bremm to the height of Neef. There you cross the Moselle bridge. Continue down the Moselle (partly unpaved farm track until shortly before Senheim. Continue via Mesenich, Beilstein, Bruttig-Fankel to Valwig on the road, from Valwig cycle path below the road to Cond and Cochem.
From Neef you can also take the train to Cochem.

Getting thereCochem is also easy to reach by train. All trains that run on the Moselle route (Koblenz-Trier) of the Deutsche Bahn stop at Cochem (Moselle) station. The RE takes 37 minutes from Koblenz to Cochem (49 minutes from Trier).
