On 50 kilometres, the cycle tour links the themed routes "Schinderhannes-Glan-Tour", "Glan-Blies-Radweg" and "Nahe-Radweg" and runs through idyllic wine villages and sunny valleys.

The route runs on side roads, asphalt and gravel paths and leads from Bad Sobernheim through the wine village of Meddersheim and from there steadily uphill along the slopes of the vineyards. It passes through numerous villages to Meisenheim, where the historic old town invites you to take a break. Along the Glan, the route meets the Nahe cycle path, which leads back to Bad Sobernheim.
Worthwhile sightseeing stops are the historic old town of Meisenheim and the Disibondenberg monastery ruins near Staudernheim.
