The hiking trail is passable all year round. The hiking trail is not gritted or cleared of snow.
Tips and hints
The hiking trail is set up according to the guidelines of the German Volkssportverband e.V. (DVV) um IVV and is evaluated for the International Volkssport Badge. With the registration (purchase of the start card) the participant accepts the conditions of the competition.
Start from 9.00 a.m., last possibility to start: 3 hours before sunset. Finish at sunset at the latest.
One IVV-participation rating daily, but always the hiked kilometres (IVV-kilometre rating). If a route is completed several times, the purchase of a start card is required in each case. The purchased start card has to be carried along on the route and the control notes have to be entered. There are two fixed self-checks on the course. The information on the signs of the self-controls must be entered into the designated fields of the start card. The IVV classification stamp will only be issued after the course has been completed if the start card and the classification booklet are presented in person and correspond with each other by name, and if all the control notes are present. The IVV classification stamp will only be issued in the association's own classification booklets. IVV scoring stamps are available daily from 09:00 to 21:00 at the MarienBad. IVV scoring booklets can also be purchased at the MarienBad.
Entry fee: 3.00 EUR, all participants will receive a start card.
