Around the Neuenahrer Berg

The far-reaching view as far as Cologne Cathedral from the lookout tower on Bad Neuenahrer Berg forms the brilliant start to this hike, which ends in a relaxed manner in the spa gardens of Bad Neuenahr. In between, there is a beautiful route through the forest. Pure nature and elegant spa park atmosphere are the contrasts that make this hike so enchanting.

A varied tour around the Neuenahrer Berg. After a short climb up the Neuenahrer Berg, you are rewarded with a great view of the entire Ahr valley. In good weather, you can even see Cologne Cathedral from here.Then you walk through the forest and across the Paradieswiese meadow to the forest climbing park. Continue along small forest paths back to the town until you reach the Kurpark on the Ahr.

Getting there

By car from the north via the A61 to the Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler motorway junction. The short feeder motorway A 573 leads to Bad Neuenahr, Ahrweiler and the other districts.

Coming from the south, leave the motorway at the exit Sinzig / Bad Neuenahr and then follow the feeder motorway A 571 and the bypass B 266 in the direction of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler.

Schöne Wanderung, besonders rund um den Neuenahrer Berg mit schmalen Pfaden und tollen Ausblicken. Aber auch der Kurpark ist nicht zu verachten!
