Kinheim is a very old village that was first mentioned in a document in 1148. Get to know our village and its history better on a walk through the old streets and alleys, past old winegrowers' farms and monuments worth seeing.

Kindel

Turn-by-turn directions

The first special features can already be seen directly at the tourist information office. From there, the route continues along the Moselle Wine Route, past Echternacher Hof in the direction of Graf-Spee-Strasse. There is plenty to see there too.

The path then leads through the historic Burgstraße, past the parish church of St. Martin to the Kinheimer Höhe. Here the hiker is rewarded with a great view. The trail continues downhill again to the Steigerturm and then over the narrow Moselle bridge to Kindel.
